Admissions
LLB admission is determined through various entrance exams such as CLAT, AILET, LSAT, DU LLB, and others. The CLAT exam is conducted at a national level for LLB entrance, and candidates’ admission is based on a published merits list.
For those aspiring to enroll in the first year of a three-year LL.B. course, certain eligibility criteria apply. They must have successfully completed a 10+2+3 test and hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 45% (40% for SC/ST) across all three years.
Similarly, candidates seeking admission to the First Year of a five-year BA LL.B. program must meet specific qualifications. They should have passed either a 10+2 or 11+1 pattern of education or a JOC/Diploma (2 Years) examination with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).
