Admissions
Tamilnadu College of Engineering (TCE) is a renowned self-financed engineering institute situated in Coimbatore, Chennai. Presently affiliated with Anna University, TCE offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in engineering and management, including BE with various specializations.
To be eligible for the B.E. program, candidates must have successfully completed their 10+2 education in the science stream with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) as compulsory subjects. For M.E. programs, candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in the relevant or allied discipline. MCA and MBA candidates can have a graduate degree in any discipline.
For admission to the BE programs, candidates can apply through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) process exclusively. M.E., MBA, and MCA candidates are selected based on their scores in the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) and subsequent counseling sessions. GATE scores are also considered for M.E. admissions.
Candidates applying for various programs can fill and submit their application forms online through the respective portals. The application fee can be paid using credit/debit cards or net banking. Management Quota candidates are selected through the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Association of Self-financed colleges.
