Course, Fees and Eligibility
Admissions
To be eligible for admission to the 5-year B.Arch. course, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- They should have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board or university, with Mathematics as a subject of examination. The minimum aggregate marks required is 50%.
- Alternatively, candidates who have completed a 10+3 diploma (in any stream) recognized by the Central or State Governments with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks are also eligible.
- Candidates who have completed the 10+3 International Baccalaureate Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and a minimum aggregate of 50% marks are also eligible for admission.
It’s important to note that no candidate with an aggregate of less than 50% marks shall be admitted to the architecture course, unless they have passed an examination at the end of the new 10+2 scheme of the Senior School Certificate Examination or an equivalent examination, with Mathematics as a subject.
These eligibility criteria ensure that candidates have the necessary educational background and qualifications to pursue the 5-year B.Arch. course.
