Sri Sairam Institute of Technology, established by MJF. Ln.Leo Muthu, Chairman of Sapthagiri Educational Trust, is an autonomous institute. Affiliated with Anna University and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the institute holds ISO certification and has received an “A+” rating from the NAAC Executive Committee. Additionally, it is accredited by the NBA.

Admissions
Sri Sairam Institute of Technology offers a total of 11 programs at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. For admission to the B.E programs, candidates are required to register and participate in the state-level counseling process called Tamilnadu Engineering Admission (TNEA), which is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu. TNEA counseling does not involve an entrance exam, and the merit list is prepared based on the candidates’ grades in their 12th standard examinations.
To secure admission to the M.E., M.Tech, and MBA programs at SSIT Chennai, candidates need to appear for the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET). The TANCET/TANCET-MBA scores play a crucial role in the application process for admission to the PG programs at SSIT Chennai.
