Admissions
Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, located in Chennai, offers undergraduate (B.E), postgraduate (M.E), and MBA programs in engineering and technology. Admission to these courses at SSREC is facilitated through different processes. For B.E programs, candidates are required to participate in the Tamilnadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) counseling, a state-level counseling conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu. The TNEA counseling does not involve any entrance test, and the merit list is prepared based on the candidate’s 12th-grade scores, choice filling, choice locking, and document verification.
For admission to M.E, M.Tech, and MBA programs, candidates need to appear for the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET). Additionally, GATE scores are also considered for M.Tech admissions.
