Admissions
BPharm Eligibility : To be eligible for BPharm, candidates must have successfully completed the Higher Secondary Course with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Botany and Zoology, or Mathematics, with an aggregate of at least 40% marks. For SC/SCA/ST categories, a pass in the Higher Secondary Course is sufficient.
PharmD Eligibility : Candidates who have completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy course from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India are eligible for the PharmD course. They must have also completed their higher secondary education (10+2) or an equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology as subjects.
MPharm Eligibility : Candidates applying for MPharm should have successfully completed the B.Pharm degree examination from a recognized Indian university.
Placements
The placement statistics for 2023 at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research have not been released yet. However, the NIRF report for 2023 has been published, providing insights into the previous year’s placements. According to the report, in the 2022 Sri Ramachandra University placements, 145 students from PG (3 years) Medical programs, 31 students from BPharma, and 87 students from PG Pharmacy programs were placed. Additionally, 38 BDS and 24 MDS students also secured placements. The median package offered to students in PG (3 years) Medical courses was INR 19.5 LPA. For BDS and MDS courses, the median packages were INR 4.7 LPA and INR 13.56 LPA, respectively. Furthermore, the median package for all PG Pharmacy courses was INR 6 LPA.
