Established in 1994, Sree Narayana Guru College is a renowned institution located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It offers a comprehensive range of 23 full-time degree courses. The college provides a diverse selection of 13 undergraduate courses, catering to students’ interests and equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge in their respective fields. The courses cover a wide range of disciplines, including M.Phil, MSW, M.Sc., M.Com, B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, and BCA, with specializations in Humanities & Social Sciences, Science, Accounting & Commerce, IT & Software, and Business & Management Studies. Students have the opportunity to delve into various subjects, from introductory levels to advanced topics. The institute focuses on fostering proficiency and expertise in specializations such as Computer Science, Biology, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
Admissions
For admission to undergraduate (UG) courses, it is mandatory for all candidates to have successfully completed the Higher Secondary (+2) examination from Tamil Nadu or an equivalent 10+2 or Pre-degree course recognized by Bharathiar University.
For admission to postgraduate (PG) courses, candidates should have completed a 3-year degree course after their 12-year Higher Secondary education (10+2+3).

The College’s Placement Cell is composed of the Principal as Chairperson, the Placement Officer as Secretary, and Core committee members representing each Department. This dedicated Cell is committed to meeting the requirements of organizations by facilitating campus interviews for placements. To assist the Placement Cell, Student Placement Co-coordinators are selected. The Cell ensures that visiting company officials receive the best arrangements and hospitality. With a vital role in counselling and guiding students for successful career placement, the Placement Cell serves as a crucial interface between the completion of academic programs and entry into suitable employment. It also coordinates various activities related to career development and campus selection, both on-campus and off-campus. Each year, numerous organizations visit our campus for recruitment purposes.
