Admissions
SDIT offers undergraduate programs in six disciplines for the BE degree. To be eligible for the BE course, applicants must have completed 10+2 in PCM with a minimum of 45% marks.
For admission to the MBA program at SDIT, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
Candidates applying for the M.Tech program should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks.
For the MCA and MCA (Lateral entry) programs, students must have successfully completed their graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
To apply for the M.Tech, MBA, and MCA programs at SDIT, candidates must qualify for the Karnataka PGCET entrance examination.

Through campus placements, eligible final year students at Shree Devi Institute of Technology have secured placements in esteemed companies such as IBM, Tech Mahindra, EMC2, Birla Soft, CDC Software, SLK Software, Xchanging, Syntellect, Flexi Resource, Global E Soft System, Span InfoTech, Phoenix Maritime, I Soft Technologies, Techjini, Accord systems, Zepplin Mobiles, SYS Technologies, Edista Testing, Continental Automotives, and many others. In the year 2011, 37 final year students were successfully placed in Infosys Ltd through campus placements.
The placement process at Shree Devi Institute begins in the seventh semester, ensuring ample time for students to be well-prepared and updated on industry requirements to enhance their employability. Students have participated in both on-campus and pool campus interviews, resulting in placements in reputable companies. The recent placement season witnessed active participation, providing numerous opportunities for candidates to pursue their careers in their preferred fields. This year, a total of 212 students have been successfully placed in various companies.
