Course, Fees and Eligibility
Admissions
Admission to the BE courses at SDMIT is conducted through various channels, including K-CET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test), COMEDK (Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka), and Management quota. The eligibility and selection criteria for admission are determined in compliance with the Government regulations applicable at the time. Upon receiving the admission offer, successful candidates are required to promptly accept it and complete the fee payment process. It is important to note that the final decision regarding admission and branch allocation rests with the management. Once a candidate is admitted to a specific course, requests for fee refunds will not be entertained.
Pay a visit to the Admissions Section located on the SDMIT college campus, where you can meet the Admission Coordinator and have your documents verified.
After the seat has been confirmed, candidates must complete the application form, including all required documents mentioned below, and submit it along with the necessary fee.
It is crucial for applicants to thoroughly read and understand the application form before filling it out. The application plays a vital role in the admission process, and any provision of false information or submission of counterfeit certificates is strictly prohibited. Incomplete applications will also be rejected.
Please note that all admissions are provisional and contingent upon the final approvals from both the Department of Technical Education (DTE) and the University.
