Course, Fees and Eligibility

Admissions

For a medical aspirant, appearing in the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) after completing 12th grade is mandatory. NEET scores serve as the basis for selection in government, central, private, and deemed medical colleges. The allocation of seats in medical institutions is determined through counseling, considering factors such as the candidate’s eligibility score/rank, college preferences, and seat availability. Multiple rounds of counseling, including Round-1, Round-2, Mop Up round, and Stray Rounds, are conducted as per seat availability. If any seats remain vacant after one round, the subsequent round of counseling will be conducted.

To be eligible for NEET, the candidate must be 17 years or above as of 31st December of the enrolment year. Additionally, they should have completed Higher Secondary School with a 10+2 degree in the science stream, with Biology (or bio-technology), Physics, and Chemistry as their subjects. Candidates with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible (40% for SC/ST and 45% for OBC Category).

Placements
