In 2016, Sampurna International Institute of Agri. Science and Horticultural Technology launched the B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture and B.Sc.(Hons.) Horticulture programs under the recognition of the University of Mysore, Mysore as a Specialized Program. Spanning across 100 Acres of expansive campus, Sampurna is committed to providing practical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field. Course, Fees and Eligibility
Admissions
For the B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture program, eligibility is open to candidates who have successfully completed their +2 or an equivalent qualification in the science stream. Even if Biology was not taken as an optional subject, such candidates can still apply. However, they must undertake the prescribed Bridge courses in Biology during the first year of the B.Sc. (Hons.) program.
Similarly, for the B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture program, candidates who have completed their +2 or an equivalent qualification in the science stream are eligible. Biology as an optional subject is not mandatory for these candidates. However, they must complete the prescribed Bridge courses in Biology during the first year of the B.Sc. (Hons.) program.
