Admissions
Sai Vidya Institute of Technology provides a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses in the field of engineering, as well as an MBA program with three management disciplines. All the courses offered by the institute have received approval from AICTE, New Delhi, and are recognized by UGC.
For the B.E. program, students who hold an Engineering Diploma with a minimum of 45% marks are eligible for admission to the 3rd semester through the Lateral Entry program.
Applicants with a valid COMED-K score can apply for the 30% of B.E. seats reserved for COMED-K qualified candidates.
The remaining 45% of the total intake for B.E. courses will be filled through the common entrance test (KCET) conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority, based on merit cum reservation criteria.
To be eligible for the M.Tech and MBA programs, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline.
Admission to the M.Tech program is based on candidates’ scores in the GATE entrance test.
For the MBA program, candidates are selected based on their performance in the PGCET/KMAT/GMAT or an equivalent entrance/admission test

It devises and implements an annual roadmap for training, which starts with Communication and Soft Skills training during the first year to prepare students for Industry demands. As they progress, they receive comprehensive training in Technical skills, Aptitude, and other essential techniques to excel in problem-solving, enhance conversational and oratory abilities, and strengthen their technical knowledge by the end of the third year.
