Admissions
Candidates applying for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing (Basic) degree course must meet certain eligibility criteria. They should have successfully completed their qualifying examinations (Academic Stream) after studying up to the 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology) as subjects.
Prior to admission, every candidate is required to submit a certificate of medical fitness from an authorized Medical Officer, confirming their physical fitness to undertake the academic course.
Both male and female candidates who are unmarried and have attained the age of 17 years at the time of admission are eligible to apply.
10+2 passed with Science (PCB) and English, with an aggregate of 40% marks.
10+2 in Arts with subjects such as Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Philosophy, along with English Core/English Elective or Health care Science (Vocational stream) from a recognized Board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or an equivalent Board.
10+2 vocational ANM under CBSE Board or another equivalent board recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
