Admissions
The School of Management at Presidency University offers a comprehensive 2-year full-time MBA program to aspiring students. Eligibility for admission to the program requires candidates to have successfully completed a Graduation Degree course in a relevant discipline, with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC category candidates), from a recognized University.
The selection process for admission to the MBA program considers the merit of candidates in one of the following examinations: CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or ATMA. Additionally, their performance in a personal interview is taken into account, along with an evaluation of their academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and work experience (if applicable).
Placements
The Placement Cell at Presidency University’s School of Management in Bangalore provides exceptional opportunities for MBA students. The focus of the internship program is on developing students’ soft skills through training, engaging in various activities, participating in certificate programs, and undertaking pre-apprenticeship activities. The program structure includes a 2-month Summer Internship Program (SIP) during the first year, followed by another internship in the final year, which prepares students for their ultimate internship experience.
The campus has attracted renowned companies like Decathlon, Byju’s, Patanjali, Jaro Education, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and more. Notably, the highest package offered to students reached INR 9 lakh, with a median package of INR 5.50 lakh being offered.
