The School of Law at Presidency University, Bangalore, is an integral part of the university, which is a privately-owned institution established in the state of Karnataka through act no. 41 of 2013, recognized by UGC and BCI. The School of Law (SOL) offers an integrated 5-year Honours Bachelor Degree Program in Law across three disciplines: BA LLB [Hons.], BBA LLB [Hons.], and B.Com LLB [Hons.]. This program incorporates a robust multi-disciplinary approach.

The distinguishing characteristic of the Law program lies in its experiential pedagogy, regularly updated syllabi, and the inclusion of accredited internships. Admissions

To be eligible for admission, candidates must have passed the Pre-University/Higher Secondary/10+2 examination from a recognized board. They should have obtained a minimum of 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to Reserved Category) in the 10+2 board exam.

Additionally, candidates are required to have appeared for the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) or LSAT (Law School Admission Test). Furthermore, candidates need to appear for the Presidency University evaluation test, which is conducted in addition to the standard eligibility criteria.

Candidates are also expected to participate in the Personal Interview process as part of the admission requirements. The admissions team takes into consideration the candidates’ scholastic and extra-curricular records during the selection process.
