Course, Fees and Eligibility
Admissions
B.A program: Eligible candidates must have passed 10+2, or 10+ITI (2 Years Course), or possess a 10+3 years polytechnic diploma.
M.A program: Eligible candidates must have completed any degree from a recognized university, with specialization in the relevant subjects.
B.Com program: Eligible candidates must have passed HSC (or) obtained a 3-year diploma.
M.Com program: Eligible candidates must have completed B.Com/B.Com(CA)/B.Com(E-Com)/B.B.M/B.B.M(CA)/B.B.A/B.C.S/B.CS.(CA)/B.Com(CS)/B.Com(CS) with C.A/B.Com(Co-operation)/B.Com(Co. Operation) with CA, or hold a Bachelor’s degree in Bank Management.
B.B.A program: Eligible candidates must have passed the HSC examination (Academic or Vocational Stream) or possess a 10+3-year diploma.
B.C.A program: Eligible candidates must have passed +2 with mathematics, business mathematics, computer science, or statistics (academic or vocational stream), or hold a 10+3-year diploma.
M.C.A. (Master of Computer Application) program: Eligible candidates must have completed B.C.A., B.Sc. in Computer Science/Computer Technology/Information Technology, or any degree with mathematics at the +2 level or with at least one paper in mathematics or statistics at the degree level.
M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration) program: Eligible candidates must have completed any degree course, satisfying the criteria of (11+1+3)/10+2+3/10+3(Dip)+3(UG).
Placements
At Periyar Institute of Distance Education-PRIDE, the training and placement cell is responsible for overseeing the training and placement activities for students. Its primary focus is to ensure that students are placed in the appropriate industry.
