Admissions
Candidates applying for admission to Full-Time and Part-Time Diploma Courses must have successfully completed the tenth standard examinations conducted by the State Board of Education, Tamil Nadu, or an equivalent examination recognized by the Directorate of School Education Board, Tamil Nadu.
Applicants seeking admission must meet the eligibility criteria, including subject requirements, minimum marks, and the number of attempts, as prescribed by the Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu.
Seat allocation for the courses will be based on merit and communal quota for candidates who have completed the tenth standard. However, for admissions through the Sponsorship Quota for Sandwich Diploma Programs, seat allocation will be based on merit only.
Candidates must satisfy the age limit specified by the Directorate of Technical Education.
For Part-Time Diploma Course applicants, additional weightage is given for relevant work experience as prescribed by the Directorate of Technical Education.
