I submitted my application for admission to the college through the offline mode. I chose to apply to the college based on my score in the state-level entrance examination. To complete the offline application process, I visited the college reception office and obtained the prospectus and application form. After filling out the form, I submitted it along with attested photocopies of my graduation mark sheet and other certificates. Upon verification of the documents and being shortlisted in the merit list, I was offered admission to the program. Being a minority institution, 50% of the seats are reserved for Christian students. I decided to opt for this college because it has a long-standing reputation as one of the oldest and most renowned institutions in Chennai offering this course.
Placements
Regarding job opportunities and placements, the institute organizes pool campus drives. However, many students focus on preparing for government teacher eligibility exams to secure positions in the government sector. Private sector opportunities can be explored based on individual efforts. The same applies to internships, which students are responsible for arranging themselves. Personally, I secured an internship at a coaching institute to gain teaching experience through my own endeavors.
