Admissions
To be eligible for admission, candidates should have successfully completed their tenth grade with a minimum of 55% in both Mathematics and English as their introductory courses. Candidates who are enrolled in vocational or ITI programs are eligible to apply for direct admission into the second year of their respective programs. Additionally, candidates need to successfully pass various state entrance exams in order to secure admission.
Placements
It is possible to secure job placements in multiple companies, although these opportunities may not be in the core field of study. As a computer engineer, I personally found employment in a company specializing in elevator door manufacturing, with an annual salary of 1.12 lac. The highest package offered on campus in this college is 1.8 lac per annum; however, most of the on-campus companies that visit are in the electrical and mechanical fields rather than IT. The selection process for students is not solely based on clearing aptitude exams and interviews; it also depends on the mindset of the HR personnel. Nevertheless, all students manage to secure jobs. While internships are not provided by the college, it is worth noting that securing an internship does not depend on having arrears or not. Regardless of academic standing, internships can lead to job opportunities in the future.
