Admissions
To gain admission to Kempegowda Institute of Physiotherapy in Bangalore, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for either the BPT or MPT course. They have two options for admission: government quota seats through KEA Counselling or Management Quota seats through Direct Admission.
Aspiring students must achieve a minimum of 50% marks in their PUC or 12th-grade examination (or an equivalent qualification) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects, along with English. However, for SC/ST candidates belonging to Karnataka, the minimum required percentage is 45% in the qualifying subjects.
Furthermore, to be eligible for admission, candidates should have completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy course from a UGC-recognized university and finished their internship before joining the desired course.
