Course, Fees and Eligibility
Admissions
To ensure a smooth admission process, candidates are advised to adhere to the following instructions:
After verification, the original documents, including the mark sheet of the qualifying examination and the matriculation exam certificate, will be promptly returned to the candidates. The university will retain attested photocopies of these documents for record-keeping purposes.
Candidates who have been selected for admission must make the necessary payment at the time of admission.
The payment can be made via demand draft (made payable to John Bosco Engineering College-JBEC), net banking, or cash.
It is important for candidates to write their name, admission form number, and the name of the course they have applied for on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.
Candidates are advised to keep a photocopy of the demand draft for their personal records.
Placements
The training and placement cell at John Bosco Engineering College (JBEC) is responsible for managing all training and placement activities for students. Moreover, the cell ensures that students are placed in suitable industries. JBEC provides a variety of programs such as seminars, guest lectures, conferences, corporate meets, personality development and communication skill programs, and counseling sessions to prepare candidates for placement opportunities.
The integration of the training department’s efforts with the professional Placement Cell has been seamless. They consistently strive to match candidates with both individual and group placements, which are arranged in-house. A meticulous system has been implemented, supported by dedicated staff who are responsible for organizing and conducting placement interviews at the Corporate Office.
Some of the notable companies that have been associated with the college for placements include HCL, Hyundai, Fors, CMS, Caterpiller, Woosu AMS, Mitsubishi Lancer, Eureka Forbes, and Godrej.
