Founded in 2006, John Bosco Arts and Science College (JBASC) in Tiruvallur is operated by the Bright Educational Trust. The college is affiliated with the University of Madras and approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Admissions

- Original documents, including the mark sheet of the qualifying examination and the certificate of the matriculation exam, will be returned to the candidates immediately after verification. The university will retain attested photocopies of the documents for record-keeping purposes.
- Selected candidates must make the necessary payment at the time of admission.
- Payments can be made through demand draft (favoring John Bosco Arts and Science College-JBASC), net banking, or cash.
- On the reverse side of the demand draft, candidates should clearly write their name, admission form number, and the name of the course they have applied for.
- Candidates are advised to keep a photocopy of the demand draft for their personal records.
