Course, Fees and Eligibility
Admissions
The application process for admission is offline, and candidates can obtain the application form directly from the college’s office. To be eligible for the B.E course, candidates must have passed the HSC/10+2 (Academic/Vocational) or an equivalent qualifying examination with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
For admission to the B.E course, candidates are selected based on their marks obtained in the 10+2 examination. The selection process is conducted through the state-level Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) counseling process, which is organized by Anna University, Chennai.
Applicants holding a B.E/B.Tech degree in any discipline from Anna University or its equivalent, along with a valid GATE/TANCET score, are eligible for admission to the M.E course. The selection of candidates for the M.E course is based on their performance in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or the marks obtained in the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) conducted by Anna University.
Admission to both the B.E and M.E courses is facilitated through the Tamil Nadu Common Admission (TANCA) process.
