ISB&M – International School of Business and Media, Bangalore, is a prestigious institute established in 2005, situated in Bangalore, Karnataka. Admissions
ISB&M offers admissions to its postgraduate programs, which include P.G.D.M Finance, P.G.D.M Human Resource Management, and P.G.D.M Marketing. To be eligible, candidates must fulfill the necessary criteria and appear for entrance tests such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or ISB&M competency test.
Shortlisting for the further admission round, which includes Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI), is based on the candidate’s graduation marks (50%) and CAT-70% / XAT-65% scores or class 10 and 10+2 marks (75%), graduation (60%), and a valid score in CAT/XAT, or qualification in the ISB&M competency test.
The final selection process for ISB&M admission involves assessing candidates based on their performance in the written/entrance test (25% weightage), academic scores (25% weightage), GD and PI (40% weightage), and work experience (10% weightage).
Placements
ISB&M boasts a dedicated placement cell that actively facilitates the placement process. The International School of Business and Media conducts on-campus placements, attracting companies from diverse sectors such as BFSI, consulting and analytics, e-commerce and edtech, heavy industries, FMCG & FMCD, supply chain & operations, media & mass communication, and others. Notable recruiters like Asian Paints, Nivea, Kellogg’s, IDFC First Bank, Philips, Haier, Whirlpool, and many others have participated in the ISB&M placement drive.
The college also provides assistance for summer internships to its students. In the year 2021, the highest CTC offered to students was Rs. 14.9 lakhs, according to the ISB&M placement statistics. Additionally, students may receive pre-placement offers based on their outstanding performances during internships or project work in the respective companies.
