Founded in 1996, the Indian Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine and Research is a prestigious institution situated in Karnataka. Admissions
IIAMR offers a comprehensive Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) program, spanning five and a half years. The course is divided into four Professional years followed by a one-year internship.
Prospective candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and are required to take an entrance test conducted by the Institute. Shortlisted candidates from the entrance test will proceed to a Personal Interview and an English Assessment round.
For admission, candidates must have successfully completed a 2-year Pre-University Examination, with English as one of the subjects, and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects. A minimum score of 50% in PCB is required for consideration.
Candidates with a background in Sanskrit Language will be given preference during the admission process.
The application process commences in offline mode from the day following the completion of the 10+2 examinations.
