Admissions
The institute accepts applications through the offline mode. To be eligible for B.E. admission, candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics, English, and Chemistry/Biology or Computer Science.
Selection for B.E. candidates is based on KCET or COMEDK UGET scores, followed by counseling conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
For MBA admission, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% aggregate marks. The selection process relies on the PGCET score.
As for the M.Tech program, candidates need a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant stream from VTU or any other recognized university. Selection for M.Tech candidates is based on the GATE score.
For Ph.D. admission, candidates must have a Master’s degree in Engineering & Technology or relevant subjects from any recognized university.
Placements
the placement process at the Global Academy of Technology is yet to commence. In the previous year, 2022, the campus witnessed visits from 128 companies for placements, resulting in over 750 job offers extended to college students. The college achieved an impressive placement percentage of 97.13% during 2022. Renowned companies like Amazon, Cognizant, TCS, Mindtree, and L&T were among the prominent recruiters at Global Academy of Technology, Bangalore.
In 2022, the highest salary package offered during placements was Rs 22 Lakhs per annum, while the average salary package stood at Rs 5.17 Lakhs per annum.
