Established in 2000, CMR Institute of Technology (CMRIT) is a private co-educational institute located in Bengaluru, spread across an 8-acre campus. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), recognized by the Government of Karnataka, and accredited by the NAAC. Admissions
The CMR Institute of Technology is currently accepting applications for the 2023-24 academic year for its undergraduate, postgraduate (excluding MTech), and PhD courses. Aspiring students can submit their applications online via the official website. The CMAT 2023 exam will be held on May 4, while the COMEDK UGET 2023 admit card will be released on May 18, and the exam will be conducted on May 28. CMR Institute of Technology has 15 departments that offer courses in Engineering and Technology, Management, and Computer Applications at various levels. Admission to all programs is based on an entrance exam, with the exception of the Management Admission Process, which is open to both Karnataka and non-Karnataka students based on merit.
Placements
The Career Guidance and Placement Bureau at CMR Institute of Technology (CMRIT) in Bengaluru is responsible for providing placement opportunities to final year students, preparing them for careers in various industries, entrepreneurship or further studies.
