The Placement Cell of Chellammal College has been operational since 2007 and plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between corporate and industrial opportunities and student eligibility. Under the able guidance of Dr. B. Radhika and the placement officers, the Placement Cell ensures that final year students are well-prepared for their careers through counseling, skill-based workshops, and career fairs organized within the college premises. Esteemed organizations like IBM, NSIC, NIIT, SUNNET, and LEMUR actively participate in these events.
The college has successfully conducted campus recruitments with renowned companies including Infosys, HCL, Dell, Sutherland, TCS, Cap Gemini, and Bajaj Alliance. A significant number of our students have secured positions in various roles within these companies. Notably, this year, 20 students from Chellammal College were selected by TCS, 8 students were chosen by Sutherland Global Services, and 44 students were shortlisted by Cap Gemini. These achievements showcase the strong commitment of Chellammal College in facilitating successful placements for its students.
