Course, Fees and Eligibility
Admissions
Admission to undergraduate engineering programs is open to candidates who have successfully completed the Karnataka 2nd PUC / 12th standard or an equivalent examination recognized by AICTE and the State Government. The candidate must have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry, Electronics, Biology, Biotechnology, or Computer Science as optional subjects, with English being one of the languages of study. A minimum aggregate score of 45% is required (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Additionally, the candidate must have qualified in one of the following entrance exams: CET/COMED-K/JEE/AIEEE.
Candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Telecommunication, with an aggregate score of not less than 50%, are also eligible. For SC/ST/Group candidates, the minimum aggregate percentage should not be lower than 45%. Admissions are conducted through central counseling based on merit in PGCET or GATE. A limited number of seats are available under sponsored and management quota, as well as for candidates with an equivalent degree such as AMIE in the relevant branch. GATE qualifications are accepted for EC and IN branches.

In recent times, ACS College of Engineering, located in Bangalore, has successfully facilitated placements for 300 students in reputed companies including Capgemini, Mphasis, HP, Oracle, Tech Mahindra, Wissen, Eneffen, Artech, Trigent, BPL Medical Technologies, and several others.
