Admissions
Acharya Institute of Technology (AIT) is a co-educational private college in Bengaluru that offers 24 courses in various specializations under UG and PG programs. The institute provides two modes of admission: direct admission and through entrance tests. Direct admission can be done through Walk-In and Online/Email modes, whereas admission through entrance tests is done via two separate entrance exams. For UG courses, 50% of the seats are filled through the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Govt. of Karnataka, while 30% of the seats are filled through the Undergraduate Entrance Test. For PG courses, GATE and KMAT scores are considered, but if a candidate has not appeared for GATE or KMAT, the marks scored in the Postgraduate Common Entrance Test (Karnataka PGCET) are taken into account.
