Candidates seeking admission to the three-year degree course in law, leading to the conferment of an LL.B. degree upon successful completion of the regular program conducted under these Regulations, must have graduated in any discipline of knowledge from a University established by an Act of Parliament or by a State Legislature. Alternatively, they may have graduated from an equivalent national institution recognized as a Deemed University, or a Foreign University recognized as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by a competent authority authorized to declare equivalence.
