Course, Fees and Eligibility

Admissions

Admission to the diploma program follows the guidelines and norms set by the Government, directed by the Directorate of Technical Education. The process typically commences after the announcement of SSLC / X standard results, with the Directorate issuing admission notifications in prominent state newspapers.

Prospective candidates can obtain application forms for the diploma program from nearby Government/Aided Polytechnics upon presenting a bank payment challan. The completed application forms must then be submitted to any of the nearby Government/Aided Polytechnics, where thorough verification of all relevant original documents takes place. Additionally, candidates need to enter their preferred college and course options through the online option entry system.

Once the document verification and option entry are completed, the non-interactive admission software allocates diploma seats to candidates based on their option preferences, merit, and reservation category. Finally, candidates are required to make the necessary fee payment and report to the allotted institutions within the stipulated timeframe.
