Course, Fees and Eligibility
Admissions
CMR University offers a diverse range of courses at the postgraduate diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. Admission to PG diploma courses is based on merit. For undergraduate programs like BTech and BArch, candidates are required to take NATA and JEE Main/KCET/COMED-K/CMRUAT entrance exams, respectively. Admissions to BBA, BBA (H), BCA, BSc, BA (H), BCom, and BCom (H) are granted based on marks obtained in the last qualifying examination.
Aspiring students seeking admission to the MBA Dual Specialisation program must have a valid score in MAT/CAT/PGCET/K-MAT/ATMA/CMRUAT examination. For MBA Executive program admission, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, and the selection is based on merit.
In the case of Master of Technology (MTech) admission, only candidates with a GATE/PGCET score are eligible. For MSW, MCom, and MSc programs, the university considers the marks obtained in the bachelor’s degree for admissions.
For doctoral level courses, admission to PhD programs is through the CMRUET entrance exam conducted by the university. However, students with qualifications such as UGC NET/CSIR NET-JRF/SET/SLET/GATE or possessing an MPhil degree with an aggregate score of 55% or higher are exempted from the entrance exam.
