Established in 2018, TIPS School of Management recognizes the substantial gap between the abilities of today’s graduates and the industry’s expectations, as highlighted in the aspiring minds report on graduate employability. The report reveals that extensive training is often required for graduates to be employable in the industry. In response to this challenge, we have integrated a significant component into our curriculum delivery, focusing on industry-oriented learning and exposure.

To bridge the gap between academia and industry, we have incorporated various activities such as Guest Lectures/Sessions conducted by experienced professionals employed in the industry, immersive projects, and internships. These initiatives aim to provide students with valuable insights and practical experience in real-world industry settings. As part of our two-year program, students will have the opportunity to undertake internships during their summer vacation (1-month internship) as well as during their entire 4th semester (6-month internship). These internships serve as crucial platforms for students to apply their learning, gain hands-on experience, and develop the necessary skills and competencies demanded by the industry.
