Admissions
Admissions to Sri Krishna College of Technology are open for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. For undergraduate admissions, candidates must register for TNEA counseling and merit lists and cutoffs are released based on their 10+2 marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Shortlisted candidates are then required to participate in TNEA counseling, and seats are allotted based on merit.
To apply for the M.E program at SKCT, candidates need to appear for TANCET. However, GATE qualified candidates can also apply without taking the TANCET exam. Subsequently, candidates must apply for TANCA counseling, and a merit list will be prepared to shortlist candidates for counseling.
Similarly, for admission to the M.B.A program at SKCT, candidates must appear for the TANCET exam. Once the cutoff is released, candidates need to participate in TANCET MBA counseling. The admission process follows a similar pattern as that of the M.E program, except GATE scores are not accepted. During counseling registration, candidates must indicate their college preferences, so that seats can be allocated based on both merit and preference.
For the Ph.D. program, candidates are required to take a written test, followed by an interview for qualified candidates. The final shortlisting is based on the written test marks, performance in the qualifying exam, and interview. Once candidates are selected, they must submit the necessary documents and complete the fee payment as the final steps of the Sri Krishna College of Technology admission criteria.
